[해결방법] 블루라이트×, 다른 앱에서 google play에 대한 액세스를 차단... (삼성폰 play 스토어 어플 설치 안될 때)

언제부턴가 'play 스토어'에서 어플을 다운받으려고 하면

다른 앱에서 google play에 대한 액세스를 차단하고 있는 것 같습니다.

화면에서 다른 앱 위에 표시될 수 있는 모든 앱을 끄고 다시 시도 해보세요.

라고 뜨면서 어플 설치 버튼이 먹통이 되었다!

다급히 인터넷에 검색해 본 결과

이런 증상은 '블루라이트 어플'이 설치되어 있는 기기에서 발생하는 경우가 많았고,

블루라이트 어플이 있다면 블루라이트 기능을 꺼주면 해결이 된다고 한다!

​

그런데 나의 경우에는 블루라이트 어플마저 사용하고 있지 않았기에 해결방법을 찾느라 애를 먹었다ㅜㅠ

​

저장공간의 문제일 수도 있다는 정보도 보였지만, 내 폰의 저장공간은 넉넉한 상태였고ㅠ

혹시나 싶어 알약 어플로 바이러스 검사까지 다 해봤지만 별 문제가 없어서 휴대폰 초기화를 해야하나 까지 고민했다ㅠㅠ

폰(갤럭시 s7엣지)이 오래돼서 그런가 싶어 폰을 바꿔야하나 싶은 생각도 하다가 정든 폰이기도하고 아직 쓰는데 큰 불편이 없어서 알아서 해결해보기로 하고 이것저것 살펴봤다

결국 해결했음!

휴대폰 [설정] - [애플리케이션] - 오른쪽 상단 메뉴 버튼 - [특별한 접근] - [다른 앱 위에 표시되는 앱] - 권한 끄기

5. 설치된 앱 중에서 '다른 앱 위에 표시되는 앱' 기능이 켜져있는 앱들의 권한을 꺼준다.

어떤 앱때문에 구글 플레이에서 설치가 안된 건지 모르겠어서 성격 급한 나는 저 권한이 허용돼 있는 모든 앱의 권한을 껐지만, 하나씩 꺼가면서 구글 플레이에서 앱이 깔리는지 확인하면 어떤 앱이 문제였는지 알 수 있을 것 같다!
